This programme helps you regain control of your health and start your journey toward feeling balanced, energised, and empowered. Whether you’re experiencing hormonal fluctuations, struggling with weight gain, or dealing with fatigue, this foundational program is designed to help you feel better quickly.

Initial 1:1 Session (60-90 minutes) which includes a Health and Lifestyle Assessment where we look at your lifestyle and assess your current challenges (like sleep problems, mood swings, or weight concerns) and create a Healthy Life plan that addresses them.
3 Weekly Personal Coaching Follow-Ups (30-60 minutes): Stay on track with consistent support and accountability. Ongoing support for your symptoms and maintain progress. We will implement small manageable changes each week. We will create your wellness vision, look at how to overcome obstacles and barriers you may have. We will celebrate the small wins along the way. I will be there beside you as your personal cheerleader.
Personal Coaching to Support New Habits: Tailored coaching specifically for where you are in your life.
Nutritional Education & Guidance: Blood Sugar balancing guide included
Lifestyle Education & Guidance: This is specifically tailored to you.

For clients who have completed a Harmony programme and want to maintain their results with consistent, lighter-touch support. This monthly plan provides continued coaching, accountability, and lifestyle guidance without the intensity of weekly sessions.
Includes:
1 x 45-minute coaching session per month (Zoom or in-clinic) for continued habit and mindset support
Email check-in mid-month
Updates to your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed
Investment: £90 per month
