  • 8 weeks for a deeper rebalance

  • 12 weeks for a full transformation with premium support

  • Reflection prompts, habit trackers, and lifestyle tools to help you implement change

For clients who have completed a Harmony programme and want to maintain results, this monthly plan provides lighter-touch coaching, accountability, and lifestyle guidance without the intensity of weekly sessions.

Includes:

  • 1 x 45-minute coaching session per month (Zoom or in-clinic) for continued habit and mindset support

  • Email check-in mid-month

  • Updates to your nutrition and lifestyle plan as needed

  • Investment: £90 per month
