I do not charge a separate initial consultation fee, the course price includes this.
Renew Reset (4 Weeks)

This introductory programme is ideal if you’re looking for a foundational level programme to start your journey towards better health. We can look at issues such as low energy, poor sleep, weight gain, stress, or blood sugar issues. We’ll focus on small, practical changes that work for your lifestyle, with steady support throughout.

Initial 1:1 Coaching Session (60–90 mins): which includes a Health and Lifestyle Assessment where we look at your lifestyle and assess your current health challenges and create a Healthy Life plan that addresses them.
3 Weekly Personal Coaching Follow-Ups (30-60 minutes): Stay on track with consistent support and accountability. Ongoing support for your symptoms and maintain progress. We will implement small manageable changes each week. We will create your wellness vision, look at how to overcome obstacles and barriers you may have. We will celebrate the small wins along the way. I will be there beside you as your personal cheerleader.

Renew Sustain is designed for those who’ve completed a Renew or Harmony programme and want to maintain momentum with light-touch guidance and regular accountability. This ongoing support gives you space to stay connected to your goals, without starting from scratch or slipping back into old patterns.
Whether you're navigating changes in routine, managing stress, or simply want someone in your corner to keep you focused and balanced, this flexible plan gives you the support you need to maintain the progress you've made.
Programme Includes:
1 x 1:1 Monthly Coaching Session (45 minutes): A check-in to review your progress, adjust your plan, and stay focused
Email Support: One mid-month check-in via email to answer questions or adjust targets
Personalised Guidance: Ongoing support for your habits, routines, nutrition, and wellbeing
Investment: £90 per month
